Bloody Ben’s Pop-Up, Bottomless Bubbles and Brunch Beers Matches For The Bank Holiday
You guys know that we do banging Bloody Marys, right?! The secret to why they taste so good is our Bloody Mary Spice Mix.
Soon, you’ll be able to purchase this mix, so you can make your own banging Bloody Marys when you can’t make it to the Canteens. We’ll be bottling them under our Bloody Bens brand.
Ahead of that though, we have hot news. We’re teaming up with Dodds Gin at Battersea Power Station for the Bank Holiday weekend.
Dodds Gin are running “Gin Works”, a pop-up bar on the riverfront in the shadows of the Power Station and they’ll be serving Red Snappers powered by Bloody Bens. (Click here for more details on the pop-up and all the other activity at the Power Station over the Bank Holiday.)
What’s a Red Snapper? It’s a Bloody Mary but made with Gin rather than Vodka. You’ll also be able to enjoy their other Gin, Kew which is an absolute delight.
Meanwhile, at the Canteens, we will be running Bottomless Bubbles on the Saturday AND Sunday, from 4-6pm.
Of course we’ll also be serving brunch from 9am every day of the Bank Holiday Weekend and smashing out beautiful Burgers and Wine every night until late.

For some people, living the dream is Craft Beer matched with Brunch. This Bank Holiday, at our Clapham Junction Canteen, we are making the dream come true!
We’ve teamed up with our pals at We Brought Beer to come up with a special Bank Holiday Beer Brunch, pairing some of our best brunch dishes with a selection of specially matched drops.
Smashed Avo X Kona Longboard
The delicacy of the smashed avo and eggs demands a beer that can match it for subtlety – Kona Longboard’s fresh, grassy aroma and light taste won’t dominate, adding a little kick to a staple favourite.
The Recovery Burger X Magic Rock Rapture
The powerful combo of a Sausage & Black Pudding Patty, American Cheese, Bacon, Hash Brown, Fried Egg and Recovery Sauce needs a powerful beer. This full-bodied, hoppy red ale has a beautifully rich maltiness to complement the black pudding whilst the pithy citrusy hop character will work wonders to perk up even the most hungover of souls.
Fried Chicken Benedict X Five Points IPA
Our fried chicken twist on Eggs Benedict goes toe-to-toe with a beer bursting with tropical fruit aromas and an intense bitterness on the palate.
