For the Evening Standard’s London Food Month we were challenged to create a brunch dish, one to enjoy whilst you blow out the cobwebs with a Bloody Mary (made with Bloody Bens Bloody Mary Mix and Ketel One Vodka).
Recently, Ben has been watching Big Little Lies and there are a bunch of Elvis songs in there… perhaps this helped lead to our London Food Month choice of the Elvis Bun.
It’s a bun to soak up the excesses of the night before, with Bacon, Jam, Peanut Butter, Grilled Banana and Honey. If you’ve got a serious sweet tooth then this is for you.
It’s available every Friday-Sunday from 9-4 but for June only, so you need to make sure you make time to get down to our Earlsfield or Clapham Junction Canteens to try it.
