Juicy Lucy Goat Burger for National Burger Day
We’ve been wanting to put Goat on the Canteen menu forever and we also wanted to do something special for National Burger Day. With the forthcoming Notting Hill Carnival as inspiration, we started to think, lets do a Goat Burger.
Once we’d decided on Goat, there was only once person to team up with, James Whetlor, founder of Cabrito – the best supplier of Goat in the country.
Head Chef, Ryan, came up with the genius idea of doing a Juicy Lucy style burger, i.e. stuffing the burger with cheese, and has created this winning special.

- Coriander, Lime & Mint Yoghurt
- Pickled Scotch Bonnet
